Please note; as of November 2021, the complex is under new management, Reagan Townhouses LLC. The buildings' new owner is Rahul Chada. Property Manager, Meghan Westgerdes and Maintenance Supervisor, Vic Verway.
We are very excited to enhance the experience of our current and future residents of this townhouse community!!
We offer 2 - 3 bedroom townhouses. Fridge and stove provided, parking and trash included. New paint and floors! $700 - $1000 monthly rent. Must pass a background check and have no prior evictions. Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid through our Buildium app or by check, cash, cashiers check or money order. You can also use our secure and convenient Dropbox!
2. When is rent due?
Rent is due the 1st of every month. On the 11th there will be a auto penalty fee of $35.
3. Can I get my security deposit back when I move out?
This depends on you! If rent is paid in full and no damage is done and little maintenance/repairs need to be done then yes, you will receive your security deposit back.
4. Are any utilities included?
Reagan Townhouses only pays for trash pick-up. You are responsible for power and water. You are auto billed monthly for the water. A 2 bedroom is $50 a month and the 3 bedroom is $75 a month.
5. Are any appliances included?
Yes. Fridge and stove are provided. Washer and dryer hook up are also in the unit, you provide the machines. ALL hookups for appliances are ELECTRIC.
6. Do you accept pets?
Service animals are welcome and some animals..... please inquire! All animals must have current papers along with an UTD vaccination report.
7. Is parking available?
Yes. All 3-bedroom units come with a 1 car garage. The 2-bedroom units have 1 parking spot. There is extra, temporary, parking at the office.
8. Is there a lease?
Yes. Leases are for a 12-month period. If you break the lease early there will be a penalty fee.
9. Do you accept Section 8?
Yes! Contact Julie Platt at the Housing Authority of Henry County.
10. What is required to move in?
You MUST BE 21+, no exceptions! We require an approved application which includes income verification, background/criminal check (NO prior felonies) and credit check (550 or higher). You must not have a prior eviction, you will not be approved. We also require 2 personal references. To receive the keys you must pay the 2-month security deposit and first month rent.
11. How do I apply?
